RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer purchasing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the last item included in your order, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly communicate your decision to us.

RETURN DEADLINE
After communicating your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect the product in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical store.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where reasonably possible, returned products should include their original packaging and accessories.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For returns resulting from a change of mind or exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged or non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.
REFUNDS
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for your order.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable Italian and European Union law.

The fact that DROP 001 is available for a limited period of 24 hours does not remove or reduce any statutory consumer rights relating to withdrawal, refunds or defective goods.
