These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the X KROL online store.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

Certain X KROL garments are individually finished and may feature slight variations in dye pattern, positioning, shade or appearance. Such minor variations can make individual pieces visually unique.

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to its description.

ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied during checkout is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

After submitting an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

payment failure;
suspected fraudulent activity;
obvious pricing or technical errors;
inability to fulfil an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR).

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final amount payable will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment service providers displayed during checkout.

We do not directly store complete payment card information.

DROP 001

DROP 001 is a limited-time release and is available for approximately 24 hours during the announced sales period.

Once the drop closes, new purchases of the relevant edition may no longer be accepted.

Closing the drop does not affect orders already accepted or any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

SHIPPING

Shipping destinations, available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Customers may exercise any applicable statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Products purchased by consumers are protected by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable Italian and European Union legislation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The X KROL name, original designs, graphics, photographs, artwork and other original content published through this store may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing contained in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to the customer.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent court determined in accordance with applicable law.
